In the event an Administrator requires to perform troubleshooting of an issue with another user, the User Impersonation feature can be used. This functionality allows the Admin to impersonate any other user, including users with Admin roles. To proceed the user is required to provide the motive for the operation.
After the user has finished the operation, he/she can leave impersonate mode by clicking on the ‘x’ icon that appears next to his/her name when in impersonate mode.
