In this section, Administrators can define the price configuration to be used in Training Plans. This configuration will only affect:
- Existing task plans if not locked
- Future created task plans
The Admin user will be able to define three different configurations:
- Default configuration: training costs will be only defined by the price configured at training level, i.e., configured price of a Learning Object (L.O.)

- Mixed configuration: training costs will be defined by the price configured at training level (L.O.) plus some prices configured by CSoD Training Custom Fields

- Total Custom Fields configuration: training costs will be defined only by CSoD Training Custom Fields, and the user needs to select which custom field will be the main cost (dropdown ‘Field’).

- When selecting a Mixed or Full Custom Field configuration, the user will be able to define the formula that calculates the training cost by selecting which custom fields are part of the calculation (click on ‘Add other cost’/ ‘x’ icon to add/ remove a custom field).Each of the selected custom fields can be configured as:
- Plus (Add operation) – The value in the custom field will be added to the total cost
- Minus (Subtract operation) – The value in the custom field will be removed from the total cost

The custom fields used in this section differ from those defined by the user when using Training Plans application. These custom fields can only be defined in CSoD and then imported to Training Plans.
