Organizational Units are groups of users received automatically from the CSoD Portal that define specific hierarchies in the company or simple ways on aggregating users.
Organizational Units will have a default subset of active OUs, that may be changed in Preferences.

Organizational Units can be translated at Training Plans. To translate OUs the user needs to click on the globe icon on the desired OU.

A modal window will appear where the user can set the translation for each of the languages available for the tenant.

After providing the correct translations, the user should press continue in the bottom of the list, press “Continue” to exit.

At the same OU list screen, the user can select which of the available OUs will be used in Training Plans.

To apply the previous changes the user needs to Save the data pressing the Save button.
