Access and control

A group must be configured in CSoD containing admin users included in training plans. These users will be able to view all task plans and access all data, but they will not be able to contribute to a plan unless they are configured in the Task Plan workflow. Optionally it can be provided the information about a single user as Admin.

There are 3 roles at Training Plans management level.

Administration

  • Will be able to access preferences screen, create task plans, and access all Task Plans available.

Task Creation Admin

  • Will be able to create task plans and access all Task plans that he/she created or that it was explicitly given access to. It will be able to execute some actions related to plans such as Lock/Unlock training plan.

Task Creation View

  • Will be able to view Task Plans that he/she was explicitly given access to.

 

Emails

By default, email service is turned off, and it can be configured to a dead box email upon request. For dead box please contact ISQe. Email service should be turned on without dead box after tested and understood the entire email functionality.

 

Email Templates

If used, email templates should be configured by available language. Default template emails are drafts and should be configured in accordance with the company specifications:

Custom Fields

If it is required to add additional information when gathering needs or when searching the catalog, user should configure these fields at Preferences level, so it can be used when creating Task Plans.

Learning Object Types

User should configure Learning Object types that want to use in Training Plans and should import Images from CSoD portal to have similar images when searching the catalog.
