Once your Task Plan is live, it’s time for your users to take action. Whether they are end-users or managers, the contribution process is intuitive and collaborative — designed to ensure the right people request, assign and validate training needs smoothly.

Search and Select from the Course Catalog

All users contributing to the plan begin by browsing the course catalog directly within the platform. They can search, filter and explore available training opportunities to find the most relevant options.

End-Users: Request Training for Themselves

If your plan allows end-users to contribute, they can:

  • Search the catalog

  • Select the courses that match their development needs

  • Submit training requests for themselves

Once submitted, these requests are sent to their approvers — typically their manager, L&D, or both — for review.

This model supports autonomy while maintaining oversight, and encourages proactive engagement in personal development.

Managers: Assign Training to Their Team

Managers also have the ability to:

  • Search the catalog

  • Select relevant courses

  • Assign training needs directly to their subordinates

This top-down approach is ideal for structured development paths and strategic training initiatives.

Track and Manage Needs in the «Training Needs» tab

All training requests — whether initiated by end-users or assigned by managers or L&Ds — are gathered in the Training Needs tab.

Here’s what happens next:

  • Approvers see all the requests requiring their attention

  • They can review, approve, or deny requests in just one click

  • Approved trainings proceed to execution

Everything is centralized, clear and traceable — no email threads or spreadsheets required.

Simple, Smart and Actionable

From catalog search to final validation, Task Plan Contribution is built to make participation effortless. Users focus on learning needs, managers on strategy, and approvers on quality and alignment. It’s contribution without complexity.
