How can I setup an email for users who have needs: to communicate in a single email all the needs approved / rejected one time at the end of the arbitration (digest email).

Both emails Training Plan Approved and Training Plan Denied can be setup as digest.

You can set it up by adding the tags {BEGIN.BLOCK} and {END.BLOCK} to the email body. The content between the tags will be the information repeated within the single email received. Please find below an example of configuration:

Please be warned that even though all tags will work if within the digest block, only the following ones will be replaced if outside the digest block:

 

After configured the email templates, the digest send rules can be configured at the Email Configuration page:

Currently it’s only possible to schedule it to a minimum of once a month/week. If the arbitration period extends over this cycle, the digest emails will most probably be sent more than once, always at the scheduled date.

 Also, note that only the translations including the digest configuration will behave as digest; so, for the same email type, a EN user can receive the email as digest, while a FR can receive it as not digest.

 

Finally, please remember that the emails should be activated within each task in order to work for the respective task plan.
