📍 During the execution phase of a task, the Task Plan Execution tab allows you to track the actual progress of your plan.

In this tab, you can see:

  • ✅ Which trainings have been completed

  • ⏱️ The duration of each completed training

  • 💰 The executed cost associated with each training

  • 📌 Even trainings that were completed but not originally planned will appear here

This view helps you compare what was planned versus what was actually delivered — both in terms of content and cost.

Here’s how the executed price is determined and how it can differ from the planned price:

📌 1. Planned Price – Fixed When the Plan is Locked


🔒 When the plan is locked, the planned price for each training:

  • 📉 Reflects the training price configuration available at the time of locking.

  • 🧊 Is frozen and will not change during the execution period.

  • 🔁 If the plan is later unlocked and relocked, the planned price will be updated to match the latest training price available at that time.

🧾 2. Executed Price – Saved When Transcript Falls Within Execution Period


🗓️ The executed price is saved at the moment Training Plans receives a transcript where:

  • The start date, end date, or completion date

  • Falls within the task’s execution period.

📥 At that moment, Training Plans captures and stores:

  • The training price available on that date, and

  • If applicable, the exchange rate (see below).

🔒 Once stored, the executed price does not change —
❗except for sessions, whose cost is monitored daily in Cornerstone (CSoD).

  • 🔄 If a session’s cost changes in CSoD, the executed price in Training Plans will be updated accordingly, even after it has been initially saved.

💱 3. Handling of Multiple Currencies


🌍 In a multi-currency setup:

  • 💹 The exchange rate used is the one valid on the training date that falls within the execution period.

📅 4. Sessions and Cost Updates


🏷️ For sessions (e.g., instructor-led training):

  • Their cost in Training Plans is kept in sync with the value in Cornerstone.

  • 🕒 Training Plans checks for session cost updates every day.

  • ✅ If a session’s price changes in CSoD, the executed price will reflect the latest cost.
