Yes, if the need was contributed by you and you do not have approvers configured for your contributions, you will have the option to Deny the need. Beware that in the specific situation where you contributed the need via import using the ‘import at target user level’ feature, the need will follow the approval workflow defined for the target users, which means that it might need to be reviewed by someone else or you might need to override it (if you have been granted that option in the plan configuration) to be able to reverse it.
