Yes, you can include comments in your reports and every time you generate a report in Training Plans you can edit the comment as needed.

You can make these comments only visible to certain users, as managers or L&D’s and hide them from your end-users.

To include comments in your reports, you must configure the comments as a Custom Field. Go to the task configuration, as shown below, add a new custom field, select “comments” and then select the visibility you wish.

In the example below, the comments are only visible to L&D’s:

The comment is included as a Training Needs Custom Field, which means that every time you assign a need to one of your users, you are able to insert any comment you need and that comment will be included in your reports. If you wish, you can edit the comments every time you generate a report; this way the comments in your reports are always up-to-date. In the Dashboard, go to the tab Training Needs, search the user where you wish to add a comment, select the button Custom Field and then Edit next to the comment. Write your comment and then click Save.

This way you can always have your comments updated in your reports and visible only to those you need.
