Upon the creation of an Anonymous User in Training Plans, you might notice that the names of the fields necessary to be field are not synchronized to CSoD user profile fields.
This is because Anonymous Users is a Training Plans functionality that allows planners to create temporary users, which will be reconciled later, and to which you can plan and assign needs. Example: a worker that will be hired next year, who is not yet provisioned in the platform but which you want to include in your plan.
These users can later be reconciliated with CSoD real users, and the profile is replaced, and all CSoD necessary profile fields are completed.
Thus we use a minimum set of information to support the Anonymous Users functionality.
